Sandia is a 3,214-acre master-planned community that will set a new standard for land planning, design and amenities for residential communities in the growing Coolidge region.   It is being developed by Phoenix-based Pivotal Group, one of the leading investment and development companies in the Southwest.

Sandia is located a half a mile south of State Route 87 and Signal Peak Road in Coolidge. The site is easily accessible via Highway 87 and is approximately 20 minutes from Riggs Road in Chandler.

Phase One will feature the family oriented phase of Sandia, located in the northwest section of the site to include a 1,500-acre master-planned community with approximately 4,000 homes.  Phase Two is anticipated to be a 1,700-acre active adult living community with approximately 5,000 homes.
